New Ultracker® Drum Return System Coming into Use

With this change, the process will move to a smooth digital workflow, and the previously used Cabler system with its paper-based return forms will be discontinued.

Ultracker will be taken into use at a date that will be announced separately. The goal of the transition is to make drum returns faster, more efficient, and easier to track for all parties involved.

What does this mean in practice?

When Ultracker is introduced, every company returning drums must register for Ultracker and appoint at least one main administrator. After this, the company can add as many users to the service as needed.

Submitting a return notification requires that:

• The person returning the drums is an approved and registered Ultracker user
• The company is also listed as the drum owner in Ultracker — a dedicated function exists in the system to manage this
• The return notification includes the correct drum numbers and correct quantities — one notification per load
  Please note that return points cannot modify return notifications.

You can track the entire return process in real time and view credit decisions for returned drums immediately.

The service also displays photos and rejection reasons for any drums that are not accepted.

The numbers of purchased, returned, and scrapped drums are easy to report — including their credit values in euros.

Ease of use:
Ultracker works both as a mobile and web application.
For speed and convenience, we recommend using the mobile app when submitting drum returns.

Ultracker eliminates paper forms and, through real‑time tracking, supports drum recycling and reuse — reducing environmental impact and promoting circularity.
