First steps

1 Register as an Ultracker User

2 Download the Ultracker Mobile App

3 Create a Drum Return Request in the Mobile App
• From the menu, select Drum Return → New.
• Enter the required information (all fields are mandatory)
• Step 2. Connect the drums to the return request, select Scan and 
scan the drum‘s QR code or enter the drum number in the search (magnifying glass) field 
• Submit the request.
• You can track the progress of your return in the web application
• Ultracker Web Application Login: ultracker.nexans.com
