First steps

1 Register as an Ultracker User

2 Download the Ultracker Mobile App

3 Check Drum Ownership and scan

4 Create a Drum Return Request in the Mobile App
• From the menu, select Drum Return → New.
• Enter the required information (all fields are mandatory)
• Add drums by scanning them or selecting them from the drum list
• Submit the request.
• You can track the progress of your return in the web application
• Ultracker Web Application Login: ultracker.nexans.com
